TKG Client Ownership Works Featured at Stanford University’s Philanthropy Innovation Summit

The Kavelman Group congratulates Ownership Works Executive Director Anna-Lisa Miller and John Danhakl, Ownership Works Board Member and Managing Partner of Leonard Green & Partners, on their participation in Stanford University’s Philanthropy Innovation Summit this month. During a salon discussion moderated by Roy Bahat, Head of Bloomberg Beta, on “Investing in People: The Future of Work,” they investigated the roles of civic and philanthropic leaders in the future of work, and what is necessary to build greater economic opportunity for all.

Ownership Works and its partners recognize the power of shared ownership to help generate benefits for employees, companies, and society at large. Launched in 2021, The Kavelman Group has had the pleasure of advising the nonprofit on organizational development since 2022 as they advance their mission to foster economic well-being for workers and thriving workplaces through the power of shared ownership.

We look forward to continuing to see Ownership Works grow and achieve its goal of generating $20 billion in wealth for workers by 2030.
