Nancy Wickham

Executive Assistant to the President

Nancy Wickham has over 30 years of experience in office operations and administrative positions as a problem solver, often finding creative solutions to complex situations. She has strong expertise overseeing highly detailed projects, managing time-sensitive cash flow, and improving processes and systems. She is skilled in optimizing relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors.

Prior to joining The Kavelman Group (TKG), Nancy developed expertise in the construction industry, negotiating insurance with an emphasis on practical and cost-effective solutions, transforming the supply chain for on-site offices, and managing cash flow and financial forecasting. Other administrative responsibilities included office operations, project administration, human resources, and outsourced IT services.

In her early career, Nancy held progressive roles for Verizon / New York Telephone in operations management and training and development. She served as strategic liaison for the largest customer, AT&T, to improve connection management. Nancy supervised over 1,000 operators across eight offices and managed a $40 million budget, conducted market research on customer service, and developed a program to improve customer satisfaction.

At TKG, Nancy supports Buff Kavelman as her Executive Assistant. Nancy assists in scheduling, research, editing and any other general support to the President in client meetings, conferences, and Board retreats.
